Information we use
We use the contact information, project brief, agreed price, payment references, status, and policy acknowledgment you provide to manage your project, confirm payment, respond to questions, and handle billing issues. The private dashboard is restricted to Johansen’s authorized account.
Payment processing
Stripe or PayPal processes your payment. Your card number and security code are not stored on this website. The processor may collect billing, device, and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy policy. We receive transaction references and payment status.
Storage & sharing
Project and payment records are stored using this website’s hosting and database services. We share information with the payment processor as needed to complete payment, and with service providers supporting the website. Payment information is not used for advertising or sold. Records are retained as needed for your project, accounting, disputes, and applicable legal obligations.
Keep your link private
Your payment link acts as access to the project payment summary. Share it only with someone you authorize to view and pay it. Do not include sensitive personal information in a project brief.
Contact & requests
To ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, contact service@jrdesigndev.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons. Do not send payment card details by email.
