Production & delivery policy
Both time frames start from confirmed down payment. Earlier completion may be possible; all services are subject to delays.
First drafts: a 7-business-day wait
For every new sale, you agree to a waiting period of at least 7 business days after your down payment is confirmed before any first drafts are presented. Drafts are not promised on day 7; the project scope and agreed schedule may require more time.
Finished products: plan for 14 business days or more
Plan for finished products to take at least 14 business days from your confirmed down payment. Work may be completed sooner at our discretion, but earlier completion is not promised. Larger or more complex projects may take longer. These time frames are minimum planning allowances, not guaranteed completion deadlines.
How business days are counted
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. The day your down payment is confirmed is day zero; counting starts on the next business day. The production clock does not restart when you pay the final balance.
All services are subject to delays
These terms apply to all design, development, branding, graphics, and other services. Timing depends on the agreed scope, workload, required materials, your feedback and approvals, payment confirmation, and third-party services. Missing content, revisions, technical issues, or other interruptions can extend the schedule. We will communicate a known delay and an updated estimate. A delay does not automatically authorize additional charges.
Agreement before payment
Review these production terms alongside the written scope, price, and payment policy before paying. Online checkout requires your acknowledgment and records the policy version you accepted. For an agreed alternative payment method, written acceptance of these terms is required before accepting the down payment. A requested date on a quote form is a preference, not a confirmed deadline.
Existing agreements & your rights
This policy applies to new sales accepted under this version. It does not retroactively replace terms already agreed for an existing project. It does not permit indefinite non-delivery or remove rights for services we cannot provide, billing errors, or other rights protected by applicable law.
