YOUR INFORMATION

Your information and analytics choices.

This page describes website measurement and the information used by the inquiry form. For payment-related information, please read the separate payment privacy page.

What the inquiry form saves

The form saves the name, email, phone number, business name, project brief, service, budget, and timing you choose to provide. It also saves the page where you submit, the referring website domain when available, and limited campaign labels from the current page address. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information in the brief.

How that information is used

Johansen uses this information to review and respond to your request, prepare a quote, and manage the conversation. Request-source details help identify which website pages and campaigns produce inquiries. These labels describe a source; they do not prove that a visit was organic search or a paid advertisement.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in the website’s database and shown in the owner’s authenticated quote inbox. The hosting service processes the information needed to operate the website. Form abuse controls use temporary hashed identifiers derived from an IP address or email; the application does not store the raw IP in quote records.

Basic website measurement

The website records daily counts of page loads and email, phone, and text-link clicks. These counts contain a page path and event type, not visitor profiles or contact details, and are reported over a rolling period. Records older than 90 days are removed when new activity is recorded. No analytics cookies are set by this measurement. It respects the browser Do Not Track setting. Hosting security systems may process additional technical request information.

Optional Google Analytics

If you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure public-page visits, contact-link clicks, and successful quote requests. Google processes technical information such as browser and device details and approximate location derived from network information. We send public page addresses without query strings and referring site origins; we do not send your inquiry contact details, brief, or payment information. Advertising signals and personalization are disabled. This tracking is not enabled on private or payment pages. Declining leaves optional Google Analytics off.

Changing your analytics choice

Use Analytics preferences at the bottom of a public page to allow or withdraw consent. Your choice is saved on this browser for up to 180 days. Withdrawing clears this site’s Google Analytics cookies and stops further collection on the device; it does not delete previously processed data. Browsers with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled do not load optional Google Analytics. Google explains its processing at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Questions and requests

Contact service@jrdesigndev.com about the information in your inquiry, including corrections or a request for deletion. Avoid sending additional sensitive information before discussing what is needed. Payment processing is described separately at /payment-privacy.
